Tom Finn
Director
Tom Finn brings a wealth of experience from the Pharmaceutical and Food manufacturing sectors, where he has held various roles in both Engineering and Business Excellence. In 2019, he founded LEED Strategy Ltd, a consultancy specialising in Lean Business Excellence, to share his expertise and help organisations optimise their operations.
Currently, Tom serves as the Chairperson of the Board at Altura Credit Union Ltd and is a board member of the Wexford County Childcare Committee, where his leadership and strategic vision have made significant impacts.
Tom is an active member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland. He has completed a Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction and is diligently working towards achieving Chartered Director Status, underscoring his commitment to excellence in corporate governance.
His academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Lean Enterprise Excellence from SETU Waterford and a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management and Technology from IT Sligo. Tom is further advancing his knowledge by pursuing a part-time PhD at SETU Waterford, where his research focuses on the use of Lean strategic planning systems to help organisations achieve their long-term strategic objectives.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Tom has a notable background in sports. He has played hurling since a young age and represented the County Wicklow senior hurlers from 2003 to 2007. He continues to contribute at intercounty level in a coaching capacity, helping to develop the next generation of intercounty goalkeepers. Tom is also a proud All-Ireland medal holder in Poc Fada.
