Hockey4All (H4A) is Hockey Ireland’s club initiative for players of all ages with both intellectual and physical disabilities. It provides the opportunity for people to share their love for hockey.
Our Hockey4All programme, funded by Sport Ireland’s Dormant Account Funding and sponsored by Park Developments, aims to offer young people with disabilities an opportunity to become part of the local hockey community, to keep healthy (socially, mentally and physically) and have fun in a team sport.
Hockey Ireland is committed to supporting clubs running their H4A programme. Contact info@hockey.ie to find out more about supports and grants available to clubs.
We are seeking to engage with clubs, LSP’s and Local Authorities who are interested in setting up Hockey4All in their area. Supports will include:
Hockey Ireland works with clubs to host H4A tournaments, giving players the opportunity to mix with other clubs and practise the skills they have learned at training. In December 2025, Hockey Ireland hosted the FIH Pro League and closed the week with a Hockey4All Blitz which saw players from all 4 provinces come together to share their love of hockey.
Whether you are a player, parent, coach, club volunteer, or community organisation, we would love to hear from you.
