All official Women’s International Games since 1896 are recorded here. The first international game was held in Dublin on the 2nd March 1896, Ireland won 2-0 against England (team photo above). The Internationals are grouped per decade.
In the earlier years there were 3 Internationals annually against England, Scotland and Wales. Over the years these have increased with sometimes 25-30 internationals in a year. In the earlier years the scorers were not recorded and there maybe some errors with spelling of names.
